Teilnahmebedingungen:
- du bist zwischen 18 und 25 Jahren alt
- du möchtest kreative Fähigkeiten entdecken oder weiterentwickeln
- du hast Interesse in einer vielfältigen Gruppe von jungen Menschen zu leben, zu arbeiten und kreativ zu sein
- du verstehst und sprichst etwas Englisch
- du hast Interesse am Thema der Begegnung
- du hast Zeit im Vorfeld der Begegnung mit den anderen Teilnehmenden aus Deutschland eine kleine inhaltliche Aufgabe vorzubereiten (online-Austausch)
- du hast Interesse das Gemeinschaftsleben der Gruppe aktiv mitzugestalten
- künstlerische Vorkenntnisse sind nicht erforderlich
Künstlerische Werkstätten:
Die Aufteilung in die künstlerischen Werkstätten erfolgt am zweiten Tag der Begegnung in der Gesamtgruppe. Es gibt pro teilnehmendes Land 1-2 Plätze in jedem Workshop.
Anmeldung:
Bitte fülle das Anmeldeformular vollständig aus und klicke auf “anmelden”. Du erhältst eine automatische Bestätigung, dass deine Anmeldung eingegangen ist. Die Anmeldungen für deutsche Teilnehmende werden bis zum 17. Juni gesammelt. Damit wir eine vielfältige Gruppe von Teilnehmenden haben, werden die Plätze in einem Auswahlverfahren bis 25. Juni nach folgenden Kriterien vergeben: Mindestens drei Plätze für männliche Teilnehmende. Mindestens drei Plätze für Teilnehmende, die zum ersten Mal bei einer Sommerwerkstatt dabei sind. Nach dem 25. Juni wird auf Wunsch eine Warteliste eingerichtet, damit Teilnehmende nachrücken können falls jemand abspringt.
Kosten:
Teilnehmende aus Deutschland : 120 € + 30% der Fahrtkosten
Teilnehmende aus Spanien, Russland, Tschechien, Polen: 90€ + 30% der Fahrtkosten 70% der Fahrtkosten werden bei Vorlage der Reisequittungen erstattet
In den Kosten sind enthalten:
Unterbringung in 3-4 Bettzimmern mit eigenem Bad, 4 Mahlzeiten täglich, Workshops, Freizeitaktivitäten, Fahrtkosten für eine Exkursion nach Berlin
Anmeldeschluss:
17. Juni 2012 (spätere Anmeldung möglich, wenn noch Plätze frei sind)
Bezahlung der Teilnahmegebühr:
Überweisung bis zwei Wochen nach der Anmeldebestätigung. Barzahlung vor Ort ist nicht möglich.
Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen:
- Die Teilnahmegebühr muss zwei Wochen nach Erhalt der Anmeldebestätigung überwiesen werden.
- Bei einer Absage ab dem 10. August wird 50 % der Teilnahmegebühr einbehalten.
- Bei Krankheit vor Seminarbeginn ist die Rückerstattung des Betrags bei Vorlage eines ärztlichen Attests möglich.
- Bei Nichterscheinen oder vorzeitiger Abreise wird die gesamte Teilnahmegebühr einbehalten.

People from other countries than Germany need to contact the coordinator of our partner organisations to register. Our partners are: Mediaartes (Macedonia), POD Theatre (Serbia), Riksteatern (Sweden), Gymnasium Roznov p. - you are between 18-25 years old
- you currently live in Germany, Macedonia, Spain, Czech Republic, Poland, Serbia, Belarus, Sweden
- you want to extend and/or discover your artistic and creative potential
- you speak and understand basic English or German
- you are interested to live, create and learn with a diverse group of young people
- you are interested in the topic and you have time to prepare a small task with participants from your country which will be presented at the exchange
- you are interested to organize or support activities for the group
- no former art-education or experience required!
Artistic Workshops:
Workshop groups will be put together on the second day of the exchange. Each participating country will get 1-2 places in every workhop, to have a fair mix of people. The process will be negotiated with the whole group.
Participation Fee:
Participants from Poland, Czech Republic, Sweden, Spain: 90 Euros + 30 % of your travel costs (70% of your travel costs will be reimbursed if you have the receipts ready on arrival)
Fee includes:
Accommodation (3-4 bedroom with own bathroom), 4 meals a day, workhops, group activities, health insurance for the time of the exchange, train ticket for one excursion to Berlin center

Payment deadline:
July 15th 2012. Spanish and swedish participants: Please transfer the participation fee to our account. You find the bank information below. All other participants: Ask your local coordinator about the payment.
- The participation fee has to be transferred to our account until July 15th 2012
- If you cancel your participation starting from August 10th 2012 we will keep 50% of the participation fee
- If you can not participate due to health reasons we may refund the participation fee after receiving a medical report from an official doctor.
- We keep the participation fee if registered participants do not arrive to the course or leave the course earlier.

How to find the wannseeFORUM
by train to Bahnhof Wannsee
After leaving the train at Berlin Hauptbahnhof, follow the sign to the S-Bahn and take the train S 7 (destination Potsdam) to Bahnhof Wannsee.

From Bahnhof Wannsee to wannseeFORUM
Leave the train station, cross the street and take bus no. 118 (direction Sterncenter-Drewitz), no. 316 (direction Potsdam) or no. 318 (direction Hahn-Meitner-Institut) to bus station “Rathaus Wannsee”. Get off the bus, cross the street, walk back about 200 meters and turn right into Hohenzollernstrasse. At the end of the street, on the right hand side (after about 8 minutes) you find the wannseeFORUM. A taxi ride from Bahnhof Wannsee costs about 7 EUR.
